Spring is Here??!!

Here is the view from our balcony in Boulder this morning (April 5th). I was hoping for flowers but I will settle for the beautiful blue sky, highlighted by the white snow.

I've just read a book I think you'll like -- it's about a businesswoman who does yoga, like yourself. I actually found your blog because I was looking at yoga things online after reading the book! It's called Lucky Everyday. Here's the link on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Lucky-Everyday-Novel-Bapsy-Jain/dp/0143115359

That view is gorgeous, and the clean air looks amazing. I reside in Los Angeles and our air is nowhere near that, to say the least, which can sometimes make it difficult for breathing. I'm wanting to get into yoga more. I actually work with Del Monte, so I've been good about eating right. We have these new citrus bowls and Superfruits out that are really good! The fruit comes pre-peeled and the container makes it easy for a pick up and go snack. Has anyone tried them? If not and you're interested, visit the website and get yourself some coupons :)

What you want from Yoga?

Why a Wonder Fruit from India everybody should eat?

It is Energizing after your yoga.

Dear Yoga Lover,

My name is Mukesh Shah and I've been in yoga for more than 20 years. All these years are amazing. Lot more people are seeking yoga and reaping benefits of this wonderful art. There are whole lots of products to help us in our pursuit.

Whatever, the reason I mention all this is because everybody I know in yoga is vitally concerned with their looks, their health, and especially their weight! And, that's why I am very happy to announce a brand new yoga product that is being introduced a Karma Candy.

I think it’s incredible. It will make a big difference in our life. Not only will we have joy also we have a lot more energy. The secret is wonder fruit of India. Anyway, here is the gold mine of greater health, happiness and success in the months ahead for you. All the secrets were appeared in # one candy blog, candy addict on 3rd Aug. 2009.
Candy addict wrote
“I found myself enjoying these more than I thought I would and if I was (still) in yoga, I would definitely enjoy having one of these tasty and (relatively) guilt-free chews awaiting me at the end of a strenuous session."
Another food critique
Daniel Zemans of Serious Eat.com wrote about it on June 1st post.
“Another new company that caught my eye is Classy Karma Candy”
You should see it http://www.classy-yoga-candy.com/yogacandy.html

Beautiful! Love the blog--esp. the ideas of incorporating yoga into everyday life. On Dec. 14, Living Beyond Breast Cancer will host a free yoga program at the Philadelphia Marriott West. The program will focus on the emotional benefits of yoga & provide a hands-on demonstration. Would you be willing to feature this event in a future blog entry? You can find more info here: http://www.lbbc.org/content/event/yoga-uniting-body-mind-spirit.asp?c=educational&t=participate&sn=networking

It's also a great way to support women affected by breast cancer!

Wow, I just stumbled upon your blog and was sooo excited to see this picture! I'm from Colorado, but have been out of the country for over a year. I love that view and miss it so much! It's brought a smile to my day!

Thanks again, and good luck with your practice!

[By the way, I was just thinking, if "yoga" is to yoke, or union, then your blog, Corporate Yogini is pretty appropriate!! :-) ]

Simply think that if you don't know about Yoga and on the other hand I know a little bit about yoga than I can simply show you what little I know. We will do this by sharing our knowledge and if simple that if you know more about yoga than you are also a yoga teacher. When we give training for Yoga Teachers at our place than it’s totally with complete focus on you without any type of disturbance and daily distractions. If you are deeply interested in yoga than this is a great way to learn how to become a Yoga teacher.
